Sonia Troupe is an experienced educator with a masters degrees in Special Education, Education Administration, and bachelors degrees in Black Studies and Biblical Studies.

She has enjoyed 32 years of teaching at risk students and teaching teachers how to work with at risk families.

As the founder of the Village Foundation Learning Academy, Incorporated, Sonia has dedicated her life to filling the void she noticed in the school curriculum and the community.

She has worked tirelessly to make sure that children and their families are equipped with life skills to empower them and impact their communities.
